Wow. This is actually a very interesting question with a not-so-straightforward answer.

I know girls who will soak their panties. Though that is not my personal norm. I have also met squirters and have done that a few times myself (that tends to need towels or a sheet change.)

Personally, i’ve always been so curious and sexually adventurous that I have to find new things to get me that excited any more.
