Congrats on the success of your weight loss plan so far! I'm glad you are seeing an encouraging amount of progress, that must give you some nice motivation to stick to your own goal. How much of your plan would you say is diet and how much is exercise? You look great already in the pics, btw. Cute curves up top, luscious curves down low, and that teal you are wearing is a lovely colour with your complexion.

Thank you :D I am working to change shifts at work so i can have time to hit the gym again and start getting my legs and arms toned back up.

I haven’t increased my exercise by much, i do a lot of standing and walking at my job, so my activity level is already decent. Its spring in Washington, so… its randomly soggy or sunny and makes it hard to get into any outdoor activities or habits yet.

All i’ve done is replace shit like chips or cookies with fruits and veggies. I don’t eat fast food. I’m never hungy. I watch WHAT i eat more than how much i eat. I just stop when i am full. It hasn’t been hard, just really slow. Its been 40 lbs over 18+ months. Which can make it hard to notice or feel like anything is happening at all. I’ve had to realize by the way my clothes fit. Losing it so slow has kept it easy to keep off. If i slide, its only for 5 or 10 lbs for 2 or 3 weeks or so. I don’t have 20lbs yo-yos ._.

;) and thank you. The biggest motivation is my love for myself XD I want to be healthy and every pound i lose only makes my already inflated confidence bigger. haha. I though i was sexy in a size 26 at 300 lbs, I think i am sexy at 260 in a 22. And i’ll be sexy no matter where i end up. ^_^
